A secured creditor can claim
: (1) The secured creditor may at any time claim the debt against the company and the restructuring manager or liquidator may accept or reject the said claim in accordance with sub-section (3) of section 48.
(2) The amount to be claimed under sub-section (1) shall be limited to the difference between the amount received from the market value of the secured property and the remaining amount to be paid by the secured creditor from the company.
